The Role:

Turn raw land listings into compelling visual stories. Your content will captivate our audience, build trust, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shoot, edit, and produce photo & video content for social media, ads, and our website.

  • Develop creative concepts that highlight a property's unique story and potential.

  • Edit content (color grading, motion graphics, sound design) to match our brand.

  • Manage and organize our library of visual assets.

  • Use performance data to improve content.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio of video/photo work that tells a story. (No link = no consideration)

  • Expert in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).

  • 3+ years of professional editing/content creation experience.

  • A natural storyteller with an eye for detail.

  • Self-starter who can manage projects from idea to delivery.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Drone videography skills (FAA Part 107 cert is a plus).

  • Experience in real estate or lifestyle content.
