The Role:
Turn raw land listings into compelling visual stories. Your content will captivate our audience, build trust, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Shoot, edit, and produce photo & video content for social media, ads, and our website.

Develop creative concepts that highlight a property's unique story and potential.

Edit content (color grading, motion graphics, sound design) to match our brand.

Manage and organize our library of visual assets.

Use performance data to improve content.
Must-Have Requirements:

Strong portfolio of video/photo work that tells a story. (No link = no consideration)

Expert in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom).

3+ years of professional editing/content creation experience.

A natural storyteller with an eye for detail.

Self-starter who can manage projects from idea to delivery.
Nice-to-Have:

Drone videography skills (FAA Part 107 cert is a plus).

Experience in real estate or lifestyle content.
