LandMarket Company is building the future of land transactions. Our digital platform directly connects buyers and sellers, making the land market transparent and accessible.

The Role:

Oversee and optimize our platform's property listings. You will ensure the quality, accuracy, and marketability of our land portfolio, directly impacting user trust and transaction success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end process for property listings on the platform, from initial submission to going live.

  • Conduct quality control checks on listing content, descriptions, and media for accuracy and completeness.

  • Analyze property data and market trends to advise on optimal pricing and positioning strategies.

  • Collaborate with the inspection and visual storytelling teams to enhance listing appeal.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall quality and performance of the property portfolio.

  • Serve as the internal expert on our listed properties, supporting sales and client success teams.

Must-Have Requirements:​

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate, property management, land acquisition, or a related analytical/operational role.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret property data, market comps, and trends.

  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting inconsistencies and ensuring data accuracy.

  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a high volume of listings and prioritize effectively.

  • Proactive Problem-Solver: Takes initiative to identify and resolve issues before they impact users.

Nice-to-Have:​

  • Real estate license or relevant certification.

  • Experience with GIS/mapping software or property data platforms.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
