The Role:
Be the primary point of contact for our users, guiding them through the platform and ensuring they achieve their land buying or selling goals. You are the voice of our company and the champion for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Guide new users through the platform onboarding process.

Proactively check in with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

Identify and troubleshoot client issues, collaborating with other teams to find solutions.

Gather and relay client feedback to help improve our products and services.

Maintain accurate and detailed client records in our CRM system.
Must-Have Requirements:

Excellent Communication: Clear, patient, and professional verbal and written skills.

2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, client support, etc.).

Problem-Solver: A natural helper who enjoys diagnosing issues and finding solutions.

Tech Proficiency: Comfortable learning and using new software platforms (CRM, communication tools).

Empathy: Ability to understand client frustrations and build genuine rapport.
Nice-to-Have:

Experience using a CRM like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Previous experience in real estate, marketplaces, or a two-sided platform.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
