LandMarket Company is building the future of land transactions. Our digital platform directly connects buyers and sellers, making the land market transparent and accessible.

The Role:

Hunt for new business opportunities and drive growth. You’ll be on the front lines, converting prospects into active users of our platform and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect, identify, and engage potential land buyers and sellers through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.

  • Conduct high-volume outbound sales activities to generate qualified leads.

  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects through the entire sales cycle.

  • Clearly articulate LandMarket’s value proposition and handle objections effectively.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Proven Closer: 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar hunting role.

  • Superb Communicator: Confident and persuasive phone presence with excellent listening skills.

  • Resilient: Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to handle rejection and persist until the deal is closed.

  • Tech-Savvy: Quick to learn and leverage new tools (CRM, sales automation platforms).

  • Target-Oriented: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in real estate, land, or a two-sided marketplace.

  • Proficiency using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
